Greensboro's News & Record building has found a buyer for its property.
According to the Rhino Times, it's currently under contract with Greg Dillon.
He's the president of Dillon Development partners in Maryland.
The 6.5 acre property sits just off the main downtown corridor.
BH Media Group is the parent company of the News & Record, and can still lease the property back after the sale is final.
The property has a tax value of $9.9 million. It has been up for sale since September of last year. The sale is expected to close in Fall 2019.
