Eleven days after a coal ash spill in Eden, North Carolina leaked 82,000 tons of potentially toxic material into the Dan River, there are still a lot of unanswered questions. What's the best way to clean up the river? Who should be held responsible? And how can we prevent an accident like this from happening again?
