Meet 2008

What do you get when you put a novelist, business journalist, media watcher, physicist and cultural anthropologist in a room and ask them to think about the future? Frank Stasio discusses hopes and concerns for 2008 with: Author Haven Kimmel, whose most recent book is “The Used World” (Free Press/2007); Lee Baker, professor of cultural anthropology and African and African American studies at Duke; Justin Catanoso, executive editor of the Triad Business Journal; Brooke Barnett, professor of Communications and Documentary Production at Elon University; and, Rich Superfine, professor of physics and computer technology at UNC-Chapel Hill.
