While many political heavyweights are building war chests and "considering" a run for governor in 2008, only one candidate has officially thrown his hat into the ring. Mike Munger is a Libertarian and chair of the political science department at Duke University, but if he is going to get onto the ballot, he needs 69,000 signatures on a petition. Host Frank Stasio talks to Mike Munger about third-party politics in North Carolina, his platform, and his viability as a candidate.
