Some residents in the Triangle witnessed a different kind of Halloween celebration last night: it’s called “Trick or Vote” and its aim is to get people to the polls in this year’s municipal election. The organizers of the event, Lanya Shapiro from "Traction," and Jenn Frye from Democracy North Carolina, will join host Frank Stasio to discuss "Trick or Vote" along with new changes in voting policy in North Carolina.
