Durham author Margot Starbuck convinced herself she had the perfect childhood. Her adoptive parents loved her, their divorce was amicable, and she never suffered from feelings of loss or inadequacy. That was her story, but she couldn't stick to it once she became an adult. Her search for healing led her to find God in the many places and faces she had overlooked before. Margot talks with host Frank Stasio about love and loss and her memoir "The Girl in the Orange Dress" (InterVarsity Press/2009).
