Atlanta has the Center for Disease Control...and soon, North Carolina could be home to a $450 million biodefense lab. Supporters say it could bring more than 1,000 new jobs to the state, but opponents are worried that the facility itself presents a real danger. News and Observer staff writer Tim Simmons joins Frank Stasio to discuss the status of the biodefense lab proposal.
