Downtown Durham has become a bit brighter thanks to artist Brett Cook. With a diverse army of community volunteers, Cook has completed several colorful murals that both honor the history of the Bull City and signal a brilliant future for Durham. Cook is a visiting artist at Duke University's Center for Documentary Studies and he joins host Frank Stasio to talk about the intersection between art and social engagement.
