A concert reading of "Will the Circle Be Unbroken: Death, Rebirth, and Hunger for a Faith" will be performed at UNC-Chapel Hill’s Memorial Hall on September 7 and 8. Host Frank Stasio speaks with Derek Goldman, who adapted the play from the book by oral historian Studs Terkel, and director Joseph Megel, about the significance of Terkel’s work. Plus, Oscar-nominated actor David Strathairn and avante garde theatre luminary Frederick Neumann explain why they agreed to be a part of the ensemble cast.
