North Carolina schools are feeling the impact of the state's Hispanic immigration boom. At schools, cultural and language barriers make it difficult for educators and immigrant parents to understand one another. Host Frank Stasio talks with UNC-Chapel Hill School of Education professor Regina Cortina about efforts she's leading to bridge the cultural divide.
