The 13th annual North Carolina Gay and Lesbian Film Festival kicks off this weekend at the historic Carolina Theater in Durham. We'll chat with one of the festival's featured filmmakers, Jeffrey Moore. Moore joins us to talk about his first film, "What the Frock,” which he calls, “a short film about life, death, betrayal and the search for the perfect dress."
