North Carolina has had its fair share of representation on the TV series “American Idol,” but Anoop Desai’s memorable performances in Season 8 had fans anxiously awaiting the release of his first CD. Desai’s debut studio project is called “All is Fair” and it stays true to the R&B style the Cary native displayed during his time on the weekly reality competition. Host Frank Stasio talks to Desai about life after “Idol” and gets treated to a live performance in the studio.
