The International Criminal Court

A Serbian man accused of war crimes has been arrested after 13 years on the run, and the International Criminal Court has put out an arrest warrant for the president of Sudan. Michael Struett is a political scientist at N.C. State who studies international law and the International Criminal Court. He joins host Frank Stasio to explain the ICC and give his 20-minute version of international criminal law 101.
