News of a Bigfoot sighting in Casar, North Carolina has set the nation abuzz. But this isn't the first time the legendary man-beast has grabbed headlines in Cleveland County. “Knobby,” as he’s lovingly known as in that region of the Tar Heel State, first popped up in the 1970s. Now, he’s got more than 2,300 fans on Facebook. McDowell News reporter Mike Conley, who writes a weekly column on the paranormal, joins us to trace the history of North Carolina’s Bigfoot. Plus, our host Frank Stasio is granted a rare interview with the mythic creature himself.
