As an educator with the Durham-based Divers Alert Network, Eric Douglas travels the world, sharing the latest in SCUBA safety news with people who live in some of the most beautiful places on Earth. While working, he manages to squeeze in a dive or two as well. Douglas is also a columnist, novelist and photographer. He joins host Frank Stasio to talk about how he turned a newspaper journalism career into what sounds like the coolest job in the world.
