The intimate, complicated bond between fathers and daughters inspired anthologist Andrea Richesin to commission essays by writer dads for her new book, "What I Would Tell Her" (Harlequin/2010). The stories range from humorous to heartwarming with dads sharing their experiences coaching soccer, attending a chastity dance, practicing vigilante justice and more. From older fathers with grown daughters to nervous new fathers with infants, the dads in Richesin’s book confront their worst fears and highest hopes about parenthood. Editor Andrea Richesin and contributors T. Colin Dodd, Dave Scott and David Teague join host Frank Stasio to discuss the perils and peaks of fatherhood.
