No more cramming into Duke’s Page Auditorium. This year, the American Dance Festival will be held at the gleaming and spacious new Durham Performing Arts Center.
In celebration of the new space, longtime ADF participant Mark Dendy choreographed a dance for the DPAC lobby. He and ADF co-director Jodee Nimerichter join host Frank Stasio to talk about the intersection of architecture and dance and what else to expect at this year’s festival.
