The creative team of Laurelyn Dossett and Preston Lane has been electrifying audiences at Greensboro's Triad Stage with original productions for years. Combining myth, magic and music, they bring Appalachian history to life in their new play, "Providence Gap." The story centers on a character named Chance who marries a woman named Fortune and has a baby named Lucky. Their story moves from the mountains to the cotton mills to the battlefields of World War I. Dossett, Lane, members of the Providence Gap Band and actors from the cast of the play join host Frank Stasio to preview the production.
