As North Carolina’s presidential primary approaches, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are still battling for the Democratic nomination - and that means North Carolina could actually influence the national election. But just because we cast a ballot, does that mean our votes really count? Not necessarily, says filmmaker David Earnhardt. Earnhardt talks with host Frank Stasio about his new documentary, “Uncounted: The New Math of American Elections."
