In 2004, David A. Wilson, a young black man from New Jersey, began tracing his family tree. His search uncovered a painful truth: his great-grandfather was a slave who lived on a plantation in Caswell County, North Carolina. Wilson also discovered that the current owner of the property was named…David Wilson. So David A. Wilson, the young black man from Jersey, set out to meet David B. Wilson, an older white man from North Carolina. A film about that journey called "Meeting David Wilson" premieres this weekend on MSNBC. Both men join host Frank Stasio to discuss the film and what their experience can reveal about race relations in America.
