Blackwater lawsuit

A case involving affiliates of North Carolina-based security company Blackwater USA is raising hard questions about who is liable for harm when service from private military contractors results in injury or death. Host Frank Stasio gets the story from Duke University law professor Scott Silliman and reporters Bill Sizemore and Joanne Kimberlin, who wrote a Pulitzer Prize-nominated series on Blackwater USA for the Virginian-Pilot.
