Repeat after me: words are powerful weapons. Durham audio artist Sherri Wood harnesses the power of language in her latest project: The mantra trailer. It’s a 1950’s era camper that’s been transformed into a meditative space in which people can record their personal mantras. When they are broadcast online and outdoors the private chants become public discourse.
