Grammy award winning musician Terrance Simien is an 8th generation Creole who travels the world bringing Zydeco music to schools, dance halls and festivals. His band plays the ArtsCenter in Carrboro Friday Night March 12th. But first Terrance drops by our studio with his accordion and frottoir to demonstrate the building blocks of Zydeco and sing for us in French.
