For 16 years, the Women's Voices Chorus has been linking the past with the present through music. The organization frequently performs compositions based on traditional spiritual and folk music and experiments with songs from contemporary female composers. Some of the members, along with their director Allan Friedman and composer Caroline Mallonée, join host Frank Stasio to talk about the history of their chorus and sing live in the studio.
