Now in its fourth year, the Riverkeeper Film Festival will travel to six Tar Heel cities running up and down the Neuse River beginning this week. Festival organizers Jackie Murphy Miller and Elaine Whitford join host Frank Stasio to discuss the festival and this year’s films.
