Now in its fourth year, the Riverkeeper Film Festival will travel to six Tar Heel cities running up and down the Neuse River beginning this week. The festival is presented by the Neuse River Foundation, a non-profit organization created in 1980 to address water quality issues in the Neuse River basin. Festival organizers Jackie Murphy Miller and Elaine Whitford join host Frank Stasio to discuss the festival and this year’s films.
