Paul Williams, a longtime student at North Carolina State University, is also a fixture at the college's radio station, WKNC. There, he hosts a request show dedicated to heavy metal. He knew there were a lot of fans out there, but doing his show he quickly discovered that many of them were in prison. Host Frank Stasio will talk with Williams, also known as “Uncle Paul,” about his popular show, “Penitentiary Request Rock.”
