Among the dozens of provocative and entertaining events taking place as part of the fifth annual SparkCon gathering in Raleigh this weekend will be a Pecha Kucha panel. Based on a format invented in Japan, Pecha Kucha brings 13 speakers together to talk for six minutes and 40 seconds each on a variety of subjects. Host Frank Stasio discusses the event with organizer Cyn Mallard and speakers Jay Dolan and Chris Sopher.
