Embarrassing Fruits

Embarrassing Fruits play loud, guitar-driven rock that sounds a little like the early 90s. They’ve been called, “guardians of the Chapel Hill indie sound,” but it’s a label the band resists. They don’t want to be known as “those guys that sound like Pavement”. So they’re hoping that their sophomore album, “Frontier Justice,” will change their reputation. Band members Joe Norkus, John Neville and Lee Shaw of join host Frank Stasio in the studio to plead their case for originality and to play a few songs live.
