With the success of their acclaimed debut, Arrested Development made songs like "Tennessee" and "People Everyday" anthems of the progressive hip-hop movement in the early 1990s. Since then, the band has been through some changes, but the core message of the music is the same: be uplifted in the present by connecting with the past. Arrested Development drops in on North Carolina to play at the 6th Annual Shakori Hills Music Festival, but stops by to chat with host Frank Stasio first.
