Poet Alex Grant is a native Scot who now lives and writes in Chapel Hill. His latest book of poetry, "Chains & Mirrors," won the 2006 Randall Jarrell Poetry Prize and received the 2007 Oscar Arnold Young Award from the Poetry Council of North Carolina. He joins host Frank Stasio to read from his collection and to discuss his self-described "Celtic fondness for excess."
