The pharmaceutical company Novartis broke ground yesterday on its new plant in Holly Springs. State and local governments lured the company to North Carolina with an incentives package worth 41 million dollars. Yasmeen Khan has more on what Holly Springs hopes to get for its eight million dollar share of the money.
