As lawmakers wrestle with restructuring the health care delivery system, they’re looking to states to find examples of health care programs that work. One North Carolina program is getting a lot of attention from around the country – it’s the state’s Medicaid program, Community Care. CCNC has managed to help Medicaid recipients stay healthier, save the state hundreds of millions of dollars and doctors like it. Rose Hoban has a profile.
