Hundreds of people with mental illnesses, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse problems gathered at the general assembly yesterday. They were there to press state legislators to provide more money in this year’s budget for all kinds of mental health services. It seems like this year, they may get more of what they want than what they have in years past. Rose Hoban reports.
