The Primary election is Tuesday. All this week, North Carolina Public Radio has brought you profiles of each of the major candidates for Governor. This afternoon, we conclude the series with former State Supreme Court Justice Bob Orr. He's one of four major contenders for the Republican nomination. Laura Leslie reports.
