NC Presidential Primary

Later today, a State Senate committee is set to consider a proposal to move up North Carolina ’s presidential primary from May to February. Supporters say it would give the state more input in choosing the next president. Others say it’s part of a trend that could harm the election process. Laura Leslie reports from the State Capitol.
