At the Federal Courthouse in Raleigh yesterday, former State House Speaker Jim Black pled guilty to one count of accepting illegal gratuities. The story prosecutors told wasn’t what Black’s friends were expecting to hear, and the story could be a long way from over. Laura Leslie reports from the State Capitol.
