Congressman GK Butterfield (D-NC) is in Edgecombe County this morning talking to constituents who've lost their jobs. Edgecombe county has one of the highest unemployment rates in North Carolina. Butterfield says he wants to reassure jobless residents that help is on the way. He spoke with Morning Edition Host Eric Hodge.
