This morning Governor Mike Easley announced a new statewide initiative designed to improve the quality of care for many of North Carolina's sickest patients- and designed to save money at the same time. It's a cooperative effort that involves almost everybody who's anybody in North Carolina health care circles- doctors, hospitals, universities, and insurers. Rose Hoban was at today's news conference and spoke with Catherine Brand during "All Things Considered."
