After a 63 minute closing argument by Wright attorney Irving Joyner, the panel is now in deliberations. They'll take up each of the seven extant counts individually.

Glazier on Count 7 (the campaign finance violations count)

"The fraud on the public on this count is breathtakingly massive. Almost 40 percent of the contributions that were received over a seven year period were not reported...he has had seven years of opportunity to amend these reports. I do not know what more the state could do... "

"There is beyond clear and convincing evidence in this case. This count is utterly inescapable. "

Stam moves to find clear and convincing evidence of misconduct on count 7.

Seconded by Rep Wylie Wiley.

Vote: Unanimous.

6 to go.
