Update: Senate Passes Goodyear Bill

In about 30 minutes of debate - say, 2 million dollars a minute - the state Senate has voted to approve the compromise incentives measure (H4), 25-16. One session down, one to go.
So now, all that's left is for the House to send the vetoed version of the bill off to a committee somewhere to die a quiet death. Then they can all head home.
