After fielding a volley of email about the exact language proposed for the class size compromise, I figured I ought to cut to the chase and just scan the darned thing. So here it is, for your parsing pleasure.
(NB: This still has to go through copy editing, so there may be a minor change or two when it's officially unveiled Monday. Just FYI.)
