Not your average everyday floor speech...
Moore Republican Joe Boylan asked for a moment of personal privilege on the House floor today for what is, by all accounts, a first.
Boylan told the House he's an alcoholic and asked their forgiveness. Hear it here.

I don't have it in me to mock him, though I know some who might. But his fellow members gave him a lengthy ovation.
Note: Boylan lost his primary, due in part to a DUI. He won't be back next year.
