Congratulations to the Davidson Wildcats. They played an amazingly tough, bitterly fought game tonight, holding the Jayhawks to 59 points. Unfortunately, the Cats had 57, and a gutsy three-point shot at the buzzer just didn't fall for them.
They played great basketball, and they kept on playing it right up till the clock ran out. And they darned near won it. So congrats, guys - you made us proud.
Kansas goes up against UNC next weekend. Ah, revenge...
