Not a lot to add tonight - it's late, and the battery's low (mine, not the computer's), so you'll have to tune in tomorrow morning to catch my story on Obama's speech.

Obama-mania notwithstanding, you couldn't miss the Jones St. Story of the Day - Sen. Julia Boseman's testimony to having used marijuana. WECT's Jim Hanchett reports that Boseman made the admission in the course of a child-custody hearing last December.
Boseman reportedly also testified she hadn't used pot (or any other illegal drug) since 2003, well before her election to the Senate in 2004. Still, as I noted, this really isn't the sort of thing anyone needs at election time.
The Wilmington Star-News' editorial writers also weighed in Sunday on the New Hanover Democrat's outstanding tax bill. When it rains...
