The latest info is that the "Big Chairs" are meeting in LOB 612 at 4pm to resolve "a few" final outstanding issues. If all goes as planned (big caveat), House lawmakers should get their copies tonight.
The rest of us will have to wait to see it till Tues morning. Word is the budget will go live online as soon as the gavel drops in House Finance, scheduled for 8:30am.
