Looks like I guessed right - the "Ethanol Company" in the Boyce Hudson case is apparently Agri-Ethanol Products.  

The N&O has the subpoena - you can find it here.

Rick Watson, Dave Brady, Jim Perry, and DFI are also names of interest in the federal case.
