...when you hear a rank-and-file Senator tell "leadership" to stick a bill "where the sun don't shine."
The bill in question is H291, Natural Hair Care Licensure. Senator Don East (R-Surry) amended it on the floor earlier, but the conference committee, which he wasn't on, took his amendment out.
