Duke vs. UNC: The Rematch
The UNC and Duke men’s basketball teams square off Saturday night in Chapel Hill with the regular season conference title on the line. Both teams are 13-and-2 in the ACC. Tar Heels coach Roy Williams calls Duke an “unbelievable opponent.”
" I just think they’re very gifted, talented, work hard… they’ve got all the qualities that you wanna have your team have. The fact that we’re here playing them and having a chance to win a conference championship means that my kids have really done a good job."
Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski says he’s looking forward to the game.
"Well I think both teams have had great years. You know, I said after we played them in Cameron that I think they’re as good as anyone we’ve played. It’ll be a heck of a game."
Duke won the last match-up in Durham. But Carolina has won six straight games since then and 12 of their last 13. The action starts at 8 pm Saturday night.
