Orange County Health Department en Health Department Mobilizes After Suspected Meningitis-Related Death <p></p><p></p><p>A Chapel Hill teen died suddenly on Wednesday. The Orange County Health Department suspects it was caused by a bacteria called meningococcus. It can lead to meningitis and blood infections.
