It was a career he loved, but since 2005, Holden has worked at <a href="http://www.rti.org/" target="_blank">RTI International</a>, a global research organization.&nbsp; Now he serves as RTI's CEO.&nbsp; So, how did he go from the clinic to the boardroom?
